How do you measure email opens?
The same way every email marketing tool does: each email contains a tiny, invisible image, and when it loads, we count an open. Some email apps block images or load them automatically, so treat the open rate as a trend and clicks as a firmer measure of engagement.
What about my audience’s privacy?
We don’t track your audience across other websites and we don’t build advertising profiles. We count sign-ups, opens, clicks and orders, in other words what happens on your pages, and nothing else.
