What’s the difference between a sequence and a campaign?
You send a campaign once, to a chosen audience, at a specific moment. A sequence is a series of emails that starts separately for each subscriber when they meet the start condition, for example when they join your list. A campaign is an announcement; a sequence is a welcome that keeps working indefinitely.
Can I edit a live workflow?
Yes. You can edit the email content, change the delays or add steps without stopping the whole thing. Changes apply to the steps subscribers haven’t reached yet. If you prefer, pause the workflow first, make your changes and then resume it.
What happens when a subscriber unsubscribes?
An unsubscribed contact leaves every workflow immediately and gets no more emails from your sequences. You don’t need to clean anything up by hand, heyhey takes care of it.
Are automations included in every plan?
