Yes. From the Growth plan, any product can have a recurring monthly or yearly price, with a trial period. Renewals are charged automatically, and customers manage their own subscriptions.
Yes. Instead of a one-off price, any product can have a recurring price, billed monthly or yearly, with an optional trial period of 0 to 90 days and an optional fee for the trial. Renewals are charged automatically, and each successful charge is recorded as a separate order. Subscriptions and trial periods are available from the Growth plan.
In your dashboard you have a subscribers screen with monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and subscription statuses, and when a payment fails, the system retries the charge on its own and lets you know with a single email. Your customers manage their subscriptions themselves in the member area, including cancelling, so you don’t have to answer emails about changing cards or cancelling.
