Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes. Starter costs AED 0, has no time limit and doesn’t need a card. It includes one product, three pages and 50 contacts, so you can test whether your idea sells without any pressure.
Are community and certificates included in the free plan?
Yes. Completion certificates and a community with channels, posts and reactions are included in every plan: Starter, Growth, Pro and Enterprise. Every plan also includes events with sign-ups and challenges, plus points, levels and a leaderboard. Each plan’s limits on contacts, pages, products and storage apply.
Which features need a higher plan?
Custom domain with SSL, subscriptions, payment plans, free trials, order bumps, upsells and the affiliate programme are available on Growth, Pro and Enterprise, but not on Starter.
Do you take a commission on sales?
No. On every plan, including the free one, heyhey’s commission is 0%. You pay only for your plan, and the payment provider charges its standard processing fee.
How will my customers pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, or with PayPal. One-off payments are available on every plan, and subscriptions and payment plans from Growth. The money goes straight to your account with the payment provider.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. You upgrade or downgrade in your account settings. An upgrade takes effect straight away, and a downgrade from the next billing period.
What happens when I reach my contact limit?
Nothing disappears and nothing stops working. We warn you before you reach the limit. Once you reach it, new contacts aren’t added to your list until you move to a higher plan. Your existing contacts stay untouched.
Will I get an invoice for my subscription?
Yes. An invoice with your company details is issued automatically after every payment and emailed to you.
How does the Enterprise plan work?
Enterprise is priced individually: up to 200,000 contacts, everything unlimited and help with onboarding. Email info@heyhey.pl and we’ll come back to you with a quote within 24 hours on working days.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, with one click in your account settings. You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and your data stays where it is.
