How to share your calendar with clients

Send clients your public booking link, not the address of the tab you have open in your dashboard. A dashboard address may ask people to log in to your account.

Copy the right link

  1. Open Sales → Calendar → Consultation settings.
  2. Select the consultation.
  3. Go to the Sharing section.
  4. Next to Public booking link, click Copy.
  5. Open the link in a private window and check that the client can see the offer and the available times.

The consultation must be published and have bookings enabled. Use the address your dashboard generates; don’t add a product ID or username to it by hand.

Calendar on your Quick Page (Link in Bio)

In Website → Quick Page, add the published consultation to your visible products. Save the settings and open the public preview.

When a visitor chooses the consultation, they see the calendar right on the product’s subpage. This page uses your Quick Page appearance settings, so the booking matches your brand. A paid consultation also takes them through payment.

The standalone booking link and the Quick Page subpage are two routes to the same consultation. You don’t need to create a second product.

Block in the page editor

Add the Consultation booking block, choose the product and adjust the description and the button. The block presents the consultation, and its button takes people to the public booking page. It isn’t an interactive calendar shown inside the product card itself.

After saving, publish the page and test its button as a visitor would. Explore the calendar and its views.

Button in an email

In the email builder, add a product card and choose the consultation. Its button opens the calendar in the browser. You can also paste the public link into a regular button or into the text.

The calendar doesn’t work inside the email itself. The link takes the recipient to a page where they choose a time that is currently available.

Before a campaign, send a test email to yourself and check the button. The draft preview in your dashboard doesn’t replace this check.

Custom domain and page address

You don’t need your own domain to take bookings at the address heyhey gives you. Whether you can connect a custom domain depends on your plan. After changing your page address, copy the current public link from your dashboard again and check the old buttons in anything you’ve already published.
