Your customers get their own area once they log in. It lives on your published site at /members/home, carries your branding and shows each person only what they have access to.
Where to set it up
Under Contacts → Customer portal. This screen has three panels plus a preview button that opens the member area exactly as a member sees it.
- Branding sets an optional header, logo, primary and accent colours and font. These style every member page.
- Locked content decides what happens to products a member doesn’t own. Show with padlock teases them, Hide completely removes them from view.
- Welcome block adds a heading, a short message and an optional welcome video at the top of the member home page. YouTube, Vimeo and Loom links work.
What members see on the home page
A greeting that changes with the time of day, your welcome block, then content grouped into sections:
- Continue learning, for courses in progress, each with the number of lessons completed and a percentage.
- Your communities, for each community they belong to.
- Your library, for ebooks, files, podcasts and everything else.
- Start learning, for courses they own but haven’t opened yet.
- Completed, for courses they’ve finished.
- More to explore, for locked items, if you’ve chosen to show them. If a locked product can be bought, a buy button with its price appears there.
Progress is tracked per lesson
Members mark lessons as complete in the course player, and that feeds the percentages, the Completed section and eligibility for a certificate.
Member account
At /members/account members can change their name and phone, upload a photo and change their password. The email address is read-only. Depending on what you sell, they can also reach their invoices and subscriptions from the same area.
