Memberships and communities: overview
On your own domain you can run a complete membership business: from member accounts, through content organised into access levels, to your own community.
Member area
Your customers create member accounts on your domain, confirmed by email, and log in to a branded home page with their products, progress and community. Members manage their own billing, including their invoices and cancelling their own subscription.
Access levels
Membership levels split your content into tiers. A page can require a level, so a Premium library that only Premium members can open takes a few minutes to set up. See Page access levels.
Gated pages
Any page can be restricted to members in general or to specific levels. A visitor who lands on a locked page sees a clean login screen or an invitation to join instead of the content.
Community spaces
Spaces are branded community channels tied to your products or membership: posts, comments, pinned announcements. Members take part from the member area, and you moderate from your dashboard. Community stats show who takes part and how much. See also Running a community.
Passwords and support
Members reset their own passwords by email, and everything they touch carries your brand, so account questions come to you, on your terms.
