Quick search and shortcuts

Press Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows) anywhere in your dashboard. A search window opens over the page. Press the shortcut again or Esc to close it. You can also simply click the search field in the top bar.

Jump list

With the field empty, you get a list of places to jump to: every page from your navigation, grouped exactly like the sidebar menu. That way you can reach Landing pages or Sales analytics without expanding anything.

Searching your data

Start typing and search looks through your real records. From two characters upwards it searches eight places at once and returns up to five results of each kind:

  • Products, by title, with the product type underneath.
  • Offers, by title, with the price underneath.
  • Leads, by name or email address.
  • Media, by original file name, with the file type underneath.
  • Pages, by title, jumping straight into the editor.
  • Campaigns, by name, with the campaign type underneath.
  • Tags, by name.
  • Lists, by name.

Navigation matches keep showing alongside record results, so typing “email” gives you both the Email campaigns page and every campaign with that word in its name.

Everything works from the keyboard. The up and down arrows move the selection, and Enter opens the selected item. No mouse needed.

Search only ever returns your own records. It’s limited to your account, so nothing that belongs to anyone else can show up.

The notification bell

The bell is a separate tool. Click it in the top bar to open the notifications panel. A dot on the bell means you have unread items, and their count sits next to the panel title.

The panel has two tabs, All and Unread, and groups items into New, Yesterday, Earlier this week and Older. Each item shows an icon for its type, a title, a detail line and a relative time.

Clicking a notification marks it as read and takes you to its source. Mark all as read clears the counter in one go. When nothing is left, you’ll see a message saying you’re all caught up.

The panel is fed by new leads, sales, campaign activity and system messages. The same events appear in the Recent activity list on your Dashboard, which we cover in Dashboard overview. You decide which of them should also reach you by email in Account settings.
