Navigating the dashboard

Navigation in your heyhey dashboard is grouped, not flat. Click a group to expand it. Below you’ll find everything, in the order it appears in the menu.

Menu groups

Dashboard sits on its own at the very top and always takes you back to the dashboard’s home page.

Contacts contains All contacts, Customer portal, Communities and Page access levels.

Marketing contains Email campaigns, Automations and Funnels.

Sales contains Orders, Coupons, Payments, Checkout, Subscribers and Invoices.

Products contains All products, Create product and Offers.

Website contains Themes, Pages, Landing pages, Blog, Header and footer, A/B tests and Navigation.

Analytics contains Overview, Lead analytics, Community analytics, Website analytics, Sales analytics, Email analytics and Reports.

Media library sits on its own, as does Billing, where you manage your heyhey plan. More on that in Your plan and limits.

The More group contains Tags and Lists. Settings sits at the very bottom, below everything else.

When something is missing

Some items may be missing for you, and that’s normal. If your plan doesn’t include a feature, its menu item is hidden rather than greyed out. Items that can disappear this way include Communities, Automations, Funnels, Coupons, Invoices, A/B tests and Checkout. Check your plan under Billing.

The top bar

The top bar has four tools:

Search. A wide field with a keyboard shortcut hint that searches products, contacts and media. We cover it in Quick search and shortcuts.
Quick actions. A coloured button that opens four shortcuts: Add media, New landing page, New contact and Write email.
Notifications. A bell that shows a dot when you have unread items.
Your avatar. Click it to open a two-column menu. On the left: a card for adding media and a card for your website, with links to your home page and your three most recently edited pages, each opening straight in the editor. On the right: a greeting with your name, plus Settings, Analytics, Contact support, Send feedback and Log out.
