Reading a contact profile
Click any row in the contact list to open that person’s profile. It’s the one place where their details, their whole history with you and their access sit together.
Details save themselves
The first card holds two dropdowns and a grid of text fields. Lifecycle status is either Lead or Customer. Marketing status is Unconfirmed, Pending confirmation, Subscribed, Unsubscribed, Bounced or Spam, and it decides whether an email can reach this person at all. Below that you’ll find name, phone, address and similar fields. There is no Save button: changes save the moment you leave a field, and a small notification confirms it.
You can also set a profile photo: click the round avatar and your media library opens.
Notes are internal
Write down anything you want to remember about this person. Only you see notes, in your dashboard. The contact never does.
The timeline combines two histories
CRM events and email events appear in one stream, newest first, up to the 60 most recent entries. You’ll see items such as Added manually, Form submitted, Subscribed, Status changed, Tag added, Note added and Access granted, alongside Email sent, Email delivered, Email opened, Link clicked, Email bounced, Marked as spam and Unsubscribed. Email rows are labelled with the campaign name, or with the label Automation email when they come from a sequence.
The side column is the summary
- Tags and Lists are cards with clickable chips. Click a chip to attach or remove it, or type a name in the field below to create a new tag or list on the spot.
- Membership shows whether this person has an active member account, since when, and which page access levels they hold.
- Orders shows the total customer value at the top, added up separately for each currency from paid orders and cancelled subscription orders, with the 20 most recent orders and their statuses below. Refunds are not included in that total.
- Automations lists the runs this contact has been enrolled in, how many steps have actually run, and whether each run is In progress, Completed or Stopped. See Automations and sequences.
- Info contains Source, Date created, Last activity, an engagement label calculated from recent activity, and Consent date and Lead score where they exist.
Deleting
Use the dots menu at the top of the profile. Importing the same email address again restores a deleted contact.
