Your plan and limits

You’ll find the Billing section in the side menu of your dashboard. This is where you check your current heyhey plan, your usage against its limits and your payment history, and where you change plan as you grow. Your current plan

The top card is your current plan. It shows the plan name, its price and whether you’re billed monthly or yearly, as well as the trial end date or the renewal date. Next to it sits a status badge:

Active, or Trial while a trial is running.
Payment issue, when a payment has failed.
Read-only, when the subscription has ended.

Manage billing opens a secure payment portal where you can update your payment method, download invoices and cancel your subscription. When a payment has failed, the same button changes to Fix payment. Cancelling happens in that portal, not on this page.

Usage meters

Below that are four bars: Contacts, Emails per month, Custom domains and Storage in megabytes. Each one shows how much you’ve used against your plan’s limit. The bars change colour as you approach the limit, and you get a warning once you pass 90%, so a limit never catches you by surprise. Reaching a limit blocks the action that would exceed it, but deletes nothing.

Changing plan

The plan picker shows Starter, Growth and Pro, with your current plan marked. Prices are in AED excluding VAT:

Starter: AED 0, free forever.
Growth: AED 199 a month, or AED 169 a month billed yearly (AED 2,028 a year).
Pro: AED 499 a month, or AED 424 a month billed yearly (AED 5,088 a year).

Yearly billing saves 15%. Enterprise is priced individually: email us at info@heyhey.ae for a quote.

Plan changes are prorated. If you already have an active subscription, the button changes to Switch to this plan, and the difference is settled on your next invoice. You can move up or down whenever you like.

Payment history

At the bottom of the page you’ll find a simple table with the date and amount of your recent payments. You download invoices in the billing portal.

What happens when your subscription ends

Your data stays. Your account switches to read-only mode: you can still open and read everything, but saving is blocked. A red bar appears on every page with a Reactivate link that brings you back here, and Billing and logging out stay available. Choose a plan and full access returns.
