Starter, Growth or Pro: which plan to choose
heyhey has four plans: the free Starter, Growth, Pro and Enterprise, which is priced individually. They differ in limits and features, but they all work the same way: prices are in AED excluding VAT, you pay monthly or yearly (yearly billing saves 15%), an invoice is issued automatically, and you can change plan whenever you like. On every plan, heyhey takes 0% commission on your sales (your payment provider charges its own fee). Below we’ll help you pick the right one for today, because this is a decision for today, not forever.
Starter: for the start of the journey, at AED 0
Starter is the free plan for someone who is just starting out: building a first list, preparing a first product and testing whether the idea has legs. It costs AED 0, stays free forever and doesn’t need a card. It includes 50 contacts, 3 pages, 1 product and 5 GB of storage, plus community and certificates. If you’re only now taking your business online, start here and don’t pay until you grow.
Growth: when sales are working
Growth costs AED 199 a month excluding VAT, or AED 169 a month billed yearly (AED 2,028 a year). Choose it when your list is growing, you’re selling regularly and you’re starting to hit Starter’s limits. The plan raises the limits to 500 contacts, 10 pages, 5 products and 40 GB of storage, and adds a custom domain, subscriptions, order bumps and upsells. For most business owners who sell actively, this is the plan to aim for.
Pro: full scale
Pro costs AED 499 a month excluding VAT, or AED 424 a month billed yearly (AED 5,088 a year). It’s the plan for brands with a large list and many products. It includes 2,500 contacts, unlimited pages and products and 250 GB of storage. If you’re wondering whether you need it, you probably don’t yet. This is the plan you choose when the numbers leave no doubt.
And if even Pro becomes too tight, the Enterprise plan holds up to 200,000 contacts, with everything unlimited and custom onboarding. It’s priced individually, so email us at info@heyhey.ae for a quote.
How to change plan
You change plan in the Billing section of your heyhey dashboard. Upgrading takes effect straight away, so the new limits and features are available immediately. You’re billed in AED, and the invoice for each period is issued automatically and waits for you in the same place.
One last tip
Choose a plan for the stage you’re at now, not for your ambitions. Changing plan takes a couple of clicks, so you lose nothing by starting lower. You’ll know it’s time to move up from the signals in your own account: your list is hitting the limit, you’re missing a specific feature, and your revenue comfortably covers the price difference. You’ll always find current prices and a detailed plan comparison on the pricing page.
