Every image, video, audio file and document you use lives in your Media library.
Uploading
Drag files into the window or pick them from your computer. Files are kept in fast cloud storage and served securely to your pages, emails, lessons and downloads.
Organising
Search, filters, tags and lists keep large libraries under control. It’s the same tag and list system you use for contacts, so “March launch” can group files just as it groups people. See Tags vs lists: when to use which.
Where files are used
The page editor, email builder, course lessons, ebook files, downloadable products and branding all pick from the library. When you delete a file that your settings or branding still point to, those references are cleared safely instead of being left as broken embeds.
Storage limits
If your heyhey plan has a storage limit, the meter on the billing page shows how much you’ve used against it.
