Your heyhey subscription
Your heyhey subscription is what you pay for a paid plan: Growth, Pro or Enterprise, billed monthly or yearly. The Starter plan is free, so there’s no subscription. Everything to do with it is in the Billing section of your heyhey dashboard. Plan prices are in AED excluding VAT, and yearly billing saves 15%.
What you see there
Your current plan and its price, your payment status and your payment history. You pay by card (via Stripe), Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, and you manage your payment method on secure billing pages.
Changing plan
You change plan yourself in Billing, whenever you like: up when your business grows and you hit your limits, down when you need less. We explain which plan to choose in Starter, Growth or Pro: which plan to choose.
Invoices
An invoice is issued automatically for every charge, and you can download it for your accounting.
One number worth remembering
Your plan fee is fixed. It doesn’t grow with your revenue, and heyhey takes 0% commission on your sales: what you earn stays yours, minus only the payment provider’s processing fee described in Payment processing fees.
