Running a report
When you open a report, you get its description, a From and To date pair with an Apply button, and the table. The default range is the last 30 days, and every range is limited to 366 days. If you pick dates with no activity, you’ll see a “no data” message instead of an empty grid.
A few reports behave slightly differently. MRR by offer is a snapshot of what’s running right now, so the date range doesn’t limit it. Churn, ARPU and Payment retention group by calendar month rather than by day.
Money columns are stored as an amount with a currency code, and rows are split by currency, so if you sell in several currencies you’ll never see two currencies added together.
Export
Download CSV gives you the same rows as a file. The file starts with the report name, its description and the date range, then a blank line, then the headers and data, so it still makes sense when you open it months later. It’s saved as UTF-8 with a BOM, so Arabic and other non-English characters, as well as currency symbols, display correctly in Excel. The file name includes the report name and both dates.
