Yes, at any time and without asking anyone. You can download your contact list as a CSV file, and every report in the report catalogue, from sales to engagement, has its own CSV export, so you can take your data into a spreadsheet, to your accountant or into another tool.

Exporting your list is always available, including after you cancel your subscription, for the rest of the period you’ve paid for. Your database belongs to you, and we don’t hold on to it when you want to leave.
