Yes. Starter costs AED 0 forever, with no card: 1 product, 3 pages, 50 contacts and 5 GB of storage. heyhey takes 0% commission; your payment provider charges its own fees.
Yes. The Starter plan costs AED 0 and is free forever. You don’t need to enter a card, and it never turns into a paid subscription automatically.
What are the Starter limits?
- 1 product: this is the plan’s actual limit, not just an example of a first step.
- 3 pages.
- 50 contacts.
- 5 GB of storage for your files.
Within these limits you can set up a product, publish sales pages, use Link in Bio and build your audience. Email marketing is available on Starter too, and so are the community and completion certificates. Your own domain and selling subscriptions are available from the Growth plan.
Is selling free too?
heyhey takes 0% commission on your sales, on Starter as well. Your payment provider charges its own transaction fees under its own terms. A free platform plan doesn’t mean payment processing is free.
When do I need to upgrade?
When you need higher limits or features that come with a higher plan. You can stay on Starter for as long as it suits you. The available plans are Starter, Growth, Pro and Enterprise.
