Yes, at any time. After cancelling your subscription you can ask us to delete your account together with all its data, and we delete it within 30 days. This covers both your own data and your contacts’ data.

Before you delete your account, export what you want to keep: you can download your contact list and reports as CSV files at any time. Deletion is permanent, so copies can’t be recovered later.
