How do contacts and CRM work in heyhey?

Contacts are a single database of everyone around your business: subscribers, customers and members. Each person has a profile with their history, notes and custom fields, and you keep things organised with tags, lists and saved segments, which then drive your campaigns and automations.
The database fills itself: forms on your pages, checkout purchases and member sign-ups create or update contacts. You can bring over an existing list by importing a CSV file, with column mapping and tags.
